We are seeking to hire a Manager, Global Trade who will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continuous improvement of the Raytheon global trade program both inside the U.S. and internationally.
You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the continuous improvement of the Raytheon GT Program both inside the U.S. and internationally. Build upon U.S. export control laws from an international (non-U.S.) perspective. Gain exposure to International GT laws from multiple countries. Gain exposure to oversight and monitoring related activities.
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience and application of US GT regulations (e.g. ITAR, EAR, Customs, etc.). Experience in drafting, submitting, implementing, and managing agreements, licenses, General Correspondences, Third Party Transfers, complex export strategies, and /or similar requests.
Problem solver, able to work under time sensitive circumstances, collaboratively or independently. Ability to clearly communicate GT program requirements and identify areas that need improvement and develop and conduct stand-up training. Excellent customer relation/interpersonal skills to develop effective networks and partnerships. Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to interpret and implement GT regulations accurately. Strong attention to detail and time management to follow through and resolve situations that are ambiguous, incomplete while managing multiple high-priority needs.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
