The Sourcing Specialist supports end-to-end product development and sourcing, reporting to the Director, Home Sourcing, and helping build global sourcing strategies for high-quality products at the best value.

The role is hybrid, requiring onsite days in West Chester, PA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production.
• Experience managing categories related to cookware, kitchen electrics, storage, or housewares.
• Experience working directly with factories and managing product development in a retail environment.
• Experience product testing, compliance, safety regulations, and product engineering considerations including CPSC-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing and product development process for assigned categories, from initial concept through fulfillment center delivery.
• Develop products across culinary and storage categories, including cookware, kitchen electrics, kitchen gadgets, and home organization.
• Negotiate cost, delivery, and terms directly with factories and sourcing partners to deliver quality products at the best possible value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Design, QA, Supply Chain, Customs, and global sourcing teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks related to quality, testing, compliance, engineering, and production timelines.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

• The Sourcing Specialist supports the end-to-end product development and sourcing process, from initial concept through fulfillment center delivery. Reporting to the Director, Home Sourcing you will help build global sourcing strategies that meet customer demand while delivering high-quality products at the best possible value for QVC.

Where You’ll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: DE, NJ, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production, with experience in hardlines categories.
• 5+ years experience managing categories related to cookware, kitchen electrics, kitchen gadgets, storage, or housewares.
• 5+ years experience working directly with factories and managing product development in a retail environment.
• 5+ years experience product testing, compliance, safety regulations, and product engineering considerations, including CPSC-related requirements.
• Ability to partner effectively across teams and combine commercial thinking, product expertise, and strong negotiation skills.
