Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences or related field.
  • 5+ years in regulatory compliance within dietary supplements or regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA/DSHEA, cGMP, Health Canada, EU regs.
  • Experience supporting global registrations and market access.

  • Lead global regulatory strategy for new product launches, reformulations, claims, and market expansion initiatives.

Life Extension is seeking a Manager, Global Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory strategy and execution across international markets. In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as the key link between U.S. regulatory requirements and global commercialization efforts, helping bring innovative products to market efficiently while ensuring compliance across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead global regulatory strategy for new product launches, reformulations, claims, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary regulatory liaison between U.S. compliance requirements and international market execution.
  • Manage product registrations, certifications, renewals, submissions, and market-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, and regional regulatory teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate regulatory risks that could impact launch timelines or business objectives.
  • Review and approve labels, claims, promotional materials, and other compliance-sensitive content.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide practical, business-focused guidance to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external regulatory consultants and market access partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regulatory team members while fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within the dietary supplement industry or a similar regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, DSHEA, cGMP, Health Canada, EU, and other international regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting global product registrations and commercialization activities.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
