Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily production and manufacturing operations of 15–20 technicians.
• Coordinate and lead operations startup meetings.
• Plan resources daily to meet customer/schedule demand.
• Collaborate with production scheduling to meet schedule requirements.
• Ensure tools, plans, people, and material are available to complete assigned workload.
• Report production KPIs to site leadership.
• Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions on safety and quality incidents.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff, including performance management and corrective action.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, delivery, quality and cost.

Shift schedule: C Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00am–7:30pm); D Shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00pm–7:30am). Schedule may change with business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED and at least 4 years of related production experience in aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Relevant experience in production planning, manufacturing data analysis, or similar.
• 1 year of experience leading projects or teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret DoD clearance.
• Experience within aerospace manufacturing.
• Leadership experience (e.g., Group Lead, Supervisor).
• Experience supervising teams of 10 or more.
• Understanding of SQDEC KPIs.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
• Experience with composite manufacturing, bonding, and drilling.

Salary and Benefits

Primary level salary range: $81,800.00 – $122,600.00. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long‑term incentives for senior positions. Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, and paid time off (vacation and personal business).
