Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Manager, GBS - Global Change Management to lead multi-project Change Management efforts using Kraft Heinz methodology. You will drive Change Management across the project lifecycle, including Agile projects, and partner with PMs to embed change activities in plans.

Responsibilities include assessing impact, analyzing stakeholders, developing the Case for Change, and creating proactive communication plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Organizational Change Management preferred.
  • Change management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with project management approaches and lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Change Impact Assessments across projects to identify stakeholders and interventions.
  • Conduct Stakeholder Analysis to determine engagement strategy.
  • Develop the Case for Change with key messaging for audiences.
  • Create comprehensive Communication Plans and project communications.
  • Collaborate with GBS Communication Specialist on messaging channels and timing.
  • Report Change Management status, risks, and issues to Sr Manager.
  • Contribute to training and deployment plan development.
  • Present Change Management progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Develop Change Management Plans per project and align with overall plans.
  • Partner with Project Managers to embed Change Management in project timelines.

Manager, GBS - Global Change Management at a glance...

You will manage change management efforts across multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously. You will leverage the Kraft Heinz Change Management Methodology (Make it REAL, Make it WORK, Make it LAST) to drive Change Management across our projects and integrate change management activities across the project lifecycle phases, including Change Management for Agile projects.

What's on the menu?

Perform detailed Change Impact Assessments on projects in order to understand the impacted stakeholders, how they’re impacted and when, as well as the recommended interventions by audience

Perform Stakeholder Analysis in order to determine how to effectively manage the key stakeholders who are impacted by the project

Develop the Case for Change in order to define the key messaging required by audience

Create detailed and proactive Communication Plans and develop strong project communications

Partner with GBS Communication Specialist to ensure key project messaging is communicated appropriately leveraging the proper communication channels, branding/templates and timing

Report to Sr Manager, GBS Change Management, share regular Change Management status and progress, and escalation project issues and risks as required

Provide strategic insight into the development of training and deployment plans

Present Change Management status, issues and risks during regular project status meetings, as well as develop executive-level presentations to communicate change management-related progress to inform stakeholder decision-making

Develop comprehensive Change Management Plans by project and effectively manage and execute against those plans

Partner with Project Managers to ensure that Change Management is built into overall Project Plans and timelines

I have proven experience in Organizational Change Management (Change Management Education and/or Certification Preferred)

I have proven experience as a Change Manager and/or applying change management principles, methodologies and tools in a professional corporate environment

I have impeccable verbal and written communication skills

I am familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

I am effective at building strong working relationships at all levels of the organization

I have excellent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines

I have strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills

I have exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions and craft high-quality presentations

I have the flexibility to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency. I have the ability to embrace a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid change

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
