is responsible for leading the financial planning and performance management of Medicare and Medicaid drug COGS and volume within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Director, FP&A Medicare/Medicaid Network Performance, this role manages a team of 2 direct reports (1 Sr. Analyst, 1 Analyst) and leads the development of multi‑year strategic plans, annual budgets, forecast, and the monthly close process, including weekly performance updates network performance COGS.
The Manager serves as the primary financial subject matter expert for netowrk performance COGS, partnering closely with the Network Pricing, Underwriting, Enterprise Economics and other cross-functional teams to analyze and explain volume, price, and mix dynamics. The role delivers clear, insightful variance analysis and actionable commentary to senior leadership and plays a critical role in ensuring Medicare and Medicaid network COGS is accurately reflected across the full Network P&L.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
