Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior FP&A partner to empower Enterprise IT with rigorous financial insights, strategic guidance, and disciplined planning for IT initiatives.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and performance reporting for IT leadership, driving cost optimization and value creation in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience partnering with IT or technology functions is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in large, complex, or global organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and project financial management.
  • Experience supporting digital, technology, or transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support cost optimization and value-creation initiatives across Enterprise IT.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Segment FP&A to align with enterprise processes and timetables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and analytics.

Job description

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for IT, including operating expenses, capital investments, and project spend.
  • Develop and analyze financial models to evaluate IT initiatives, business cases, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor financial performance against plan, identify risks and opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial reporting and insights for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Support cost optimization, productivity, and value‑creation initiatives across Enterprise IT.
  • Partner with Corporate and Segment FP&A teams to ensure alignment with enterprise financial processes, policies, and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and analytics to enhance transparency and decision support.
Requirements
