Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with business and other functional teams to drive delivery of forecast and plan.
• Analyse monthly results and present to India CFO with key highlights and actionable insights for future months.
• Partner with business and functions to drive business performance.
• Provide insights based on data analysis.
• Translate financial insights to operational actions to help drive profitable growth.
• Identify risks and opportunities to plan/forecast and mitigation actions to ensure delivery of results.
• Provide cost budgets to each function and monitor actuals against budgets.
• Work closely with controller team to ensure timely monthly reporting.
• Prepare monthly dashboards for senior leadership and business leaders to help better drive business performance.
• Work on process automation and process simplification through adoption of AI tools.
