Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a seasoned financial due diligence professional to lead client engagements in acquisitions and divestitures. You will perform detailed analyses, interact with top-level management, and oversee engagement teams to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The role requires strong accounting or finance background, 6–11 years of experience, and the ability to prepare proposals, letters of engagement, and coordinate with tax and audit functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6–11 years of experience.
• Transaction or diligence exposure preferred.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future for entry-level hiring; F-1 visa holders are excluded from entry-level sponsorship.
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
