Travelers in the United States is seeking a Manager, Financial Analysis to lead design, modeling and evaluation of incentive deals within the Small Commercial Agency Compensation team. You will advise on economic viability, identify trends, and help steer decisions affecting over half a billion dollars in commissions expense.
The role requires collaboration across Product, Actuarial, Agency Comp and Legal, with a focus on accuracy, timely contracts and insightful financial reporting.

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

The Small Commercial Agency Compensation team partners with Sales leadership and key business partners to strategize and manage the overall compensation philosophy ensuring alignment with profitable, sustainable growth, maintaining a competitive cost structure, driving execution of strategic plans and monitoring of results. As a Manager, Financial Analysis, you will lead the design, modeling, and evaluation of incentive deals to ensure economic viability and proactively identify trends and impacts to inform business decisions. You will act as a subject matter expert on agency compensation and leverage strong business acumen and financial skills to advise on the development of optimal outcomes in managing over half a billion dollars in commissions expense.
Three years of finance, financial planning, accounting, or related experience.
