University of Miami Health System seeks a Finance Manager to oversee hospital department budgeting, staffing benchmarks, and long-range financial planning. This role partners across units, drives cost control, and ensures internal controls and policy compliance.

You will lead month-end close, analyze cancer service line profitability, and develop operating reports for department leaders; Epic/Aria experience and Power BI proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Experience with hospital systems; cancer services preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Aria, Power BI and budgeting software.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
