  • Establish and maintain standardized datasets, reporting tools, and governance practices across agencies and brands to support consistent financial planning and reporting.
  • Own the end-to-end labor and overhead planning process for assigned Marketing organizations, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly close support, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership, HR, Business Management, and Controllership to deliver labor & overhead reporting, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations that optimize resource allocation while ensuring alignment with financial commitments and organizational priorities.

  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a continuous learning mindset, with enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
