Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Manager Field Engineering Services 1 based out of San Diego, CA.
As a Manager Field Engineering Services 1, you will lead a team of direct reports in various fields of disciplines in support of the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Package Design, Engineering, Production and Sustainment (DEP&S) Program. This position will be a collateral duty along with the selected candidate’s other assignments. Reporting directly to the LCS Sustainment IPT lead, the selected candidate will be responsible for daily leadership and supervision of NON-Exempt Northrop Grumman (NG) employees as well as supervising various subcontractor employees assigned to the MMRC San Diego site supporting the operations of the Mission Package Support Facility (MPSF). A key component of this position will include interfacing with customer counterparts, leadership personnel at other sites, and related worldwide entities. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Primary Level Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $165,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
