The Manager, Field Clinical will play a critical leadership role in optimizing and scaling Element Science’s commercial field execution by overseeing the performance, training, and development of the Field Clinical Representative and Patient Service Representative team. This individual will ensure exceptional, patient-centered care delivery, drive consistency in clinical excellence, and strengthen collaboration between clinical and commercial teams to improve patient outcomes and experience.
This role will lead a team responsible for direct patient fittings, education, and ongoing support, ensuring each patient interaction drives confidence, compliance, and successful therapy adoption.
As the leader of field clinical training and execution, this individual will evolve and maintain a high-performing, scalable field model focused on patient experience, operational efficiency, and commercial impact, ensuring alignment with DMEPOS standards and internal quality expectations. The ideal candidate has experience in patient care, people management, medical device commercial operations, cross‑functional collaboration, and thrives in a growth‑stage, performance‑driven environment.
