Job summary

Piedmont Macon North seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the engineering activities essential to keeping the hospital's facilities safe and operational, including HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems. In this leadership role you will ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines while directing projects and maintenance programs.

• 10 years of experience in related engineering settings.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred per policy.

• Maintain hospital facilities including HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• College degree or equivalent Business, Healthcare or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 10 years of experience in a related engineering setting. Two years Required
• 2 years supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications

• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria Preferred
