The role emphasizes building reusable automation frameworks, governance, and continuous improvement across SAP environments while managing distributed teams and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of SAP tech experience, esp. S/4HANA and automation.
• Deep expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core and intelligent automation.
• Proven track record designing and deploying AI-enabled SAP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes like FICO, OTC, PTP.
• Experience in production support, incident management and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across AI agents and enterprise SAP platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, ERP Engineering (BTPAI) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled SAP automation solutions that improve how core enterprise processes operate at scale. The manager will partner closely with global business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, production-ready solutions. The position also carries responsibility for building reusable automation frameworks, strengthening operational monitoring, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise SAP environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI-enabled SAP automation workflows
