Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in relevant field of study required, Bachelor's preferred.
• 5 years relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of all environmental services procedures, applicable laws, and government regulations.
• Previous Environmental Services managerial experience required.

• Plan, organize, and control the activities of the EVS department.
• Ensure supplies are available for staff to complete their assignments daily.
• Monitor employee time and attendance.
• Validate and document terminal cleaning regularly.
• Complete Bed Report each morning and effectively communicate bed availability and room readiness.
• Adjust staffing patterns in accordance with Hospital census.
• Monitor linen distribution on the units adjusting delivery counts in accordance with Hospital census.
• Monitor work performance and prepare reviews and/or evaluation for assigned personnel.

Job Description:

The Manager supervises and coordinates the Environmental Services Department in order to maintain the facility in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control the activities of the EVS department
