Acosta is seeking a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance, Operations and business leaders to drive enterprise-wide system adoption and AI-enabled capabilities across BAS teams. The Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement serves as a strategic business and technology partner responsible for driving enterprise-wide system adoption, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-enabled business capabilities across Brand Advocacy Solutions (BAS) teams. This role partners closely with IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to ensure successful implementation, readiness, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other business-criticaltechnologies. The role combines program leadership, change enablement, stakeholder engagement, and operational governance to accelerate enterprise value realization and business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
