Lead and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers and Engineering Program Specialists responsible for build health, internal software availability, mobile asset delivery, and factory asset preloading processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure build systems operate efficiently and effectively, optimize asset delivery workflows, and maintain seamless availability of software builds across Apple's organization. Foster a collaborative environment that empowers team members to drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and performance for internal deployments and asset delivery. This role requires a leader who can balance technical depth with people management excellence, someone who can navigate complex infrastructure challenges across diverse asset types while developing talent, and building strong cross-functional relationships. You'll be instrumental in ensuring Apple's build health monitoring and availability systems operate at scale while enabling teams across the organization to access the software and assets they need to deliver exceptional products.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,700 and $276,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
