The role involves directing e‑commerce service implementations, managing daily activities, and mentoring supervisors and staff, while aligning with corporate goals and technology strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience, including managing teams responsible for web/internet, database applications, and data warehousing functions.
• Professional experience and knowledge in net-centric computing architectures and technologies.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Middle-level management experience in the e-commerce function, working under the general direction of senior management.
• Operational knowledge of e-commerce technologies and business processes.

• Develop creative solutions using e‑commerce technology to enhance competitive advantage.
• Direct the implementation of e‑commerce services across the enterprise or specific business units.
• Manage daily e‑commerce activities, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business goals.

• Lead multiple complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.

• Report regularly to an E‑Business Executive or Director of Electronic Commerce.
