Job summary

Meeder Investment Management in Dublin, OH is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Fund Research & Due Diligence to evaluate investment managers and strategies, lead due diligence efforts, and guide governance practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• CFA designation is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of investment research, manager due diligence, consulting, portfolio management, or asset management experience.
• Experience presenting investment recommendations to investment committees, fiduciaries, senior leadership, or institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of investment products, capital markets, portfolio construction, manager research, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and ongoing monitoring of mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and other investment solutions.
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative due diligence across a broad range of asset classes and investment styles.
• Develop investment recommendations that support portfolio construction, advisory solutions, and consulting initiatives.
• Identify emerging opportunities, manager developments, performance trends, and investment risks.
• Drive the firm's investment due diligence methodology, research standards, and governance framework.
• Establish best practices for investment manager evaluation, monitoring, documentation, and oversight.
• Help guide investment committee discussions and contribute to critical investment decisions.
• Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Investment Consulting, Distribution, Compliance, Risk, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on manager research, investment products, portfolio construction, and capital markets.
• Present research findings and recommendations to leadership teams, advisors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and support investment professionals while helping scale and strengthen the firm's research capabilities.
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, accountability, continuous improvement, and analytical excellence.

Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid)

As the Manager/Senior Manager of Fund Research & Due Diligence, you'll serve as a trusted voice in the investment decision-making process. You'll evaluate investment managers and strategies, lead due diligence efforts, guide investment committee discussions, and help strengthen the firm's research framework and governance practices.

This is more than evaluating managers. It's about helping determine where capital is allocated, identifying opportunities before others do, and ensuring investment recommendations are backed by rigorous analysis and sound judgment.

What You'll Be Doing

Influence Investment Decisions

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and ongoing monitoring of mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and other investment solutions.


• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative due diligence across a broad range of asset classes and investment styles.

Own and Enhance the Due Diligence Process
