Job summary

What We Need

Mohawk is looking for a Distribution Manager to lead the daily operation and success of North Georgia warehouse location(s). This position will also participate in planning, developing and implementing optimum service delivery strategies to achieve desired results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of warehouse employees
• Oversee and manage operational activities for warehouse locations including budget, staffing, KPIs and record keeping
• Resolve customer service issues and operational issues and implement process improvements to ensure effective and smooth-flowing operations of warehouse location(s)
• Work with division management, transportation and other departments to coordinate and improve service

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing and/or logistics operations, including a minimum of 2 years of experience supervising employees and implementing cost-saving measures
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations
