Caterpillar Inc. is hiring a Manager, Distribution (2nd Shift) in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise hourly staff responsible for receiving, processing, storage, order filling, and shipment of parts to dealers and distribution centers.
You will coach and mentor team members, ensure safety and compliance, and oversee inventory and equipment management while controlling payroll and attendance. This role requires up to 10% travel and a Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM shift.

Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts, integrated logistics, and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers.
As the Manager, Distribution (2nd Shift), you will supervise hourly personnel in the receipt, processing, packaging, storage, order‑filling, and shipment of parts to Caterpillar Dealers and Distribution Centers to the support the end users of Caterpillar equipment. The Manager, Distribution is responsible for all personnel issues within the team; including coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action of employees.
