You will lead product strategies and manage cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes in healthcare sectors. Candidates must have over 12 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Master's preferred. Travel will be required for client interactions.

The Manager, Digital Products role is a hands‑on, functional leader within the ZS Digital Product’s team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital products and solutions that drive business outcomes. You will focus on understanding client needs, shaping product strategies, and delivering digital products – from discovery through execution and go‑to‑market.
You will be accountable for leading large digital products & programs for clients in healthcare, payers, providers, and Life Sciences.
This is a leadership role contributing to building the Product Management function within the Product Management practice across these dimensions: mentoring and growing people, continuous improvement of our Product Management methods and tool kit, client thought leadership, client business development (proposals, RFPs), etc.
We are looking for candidates that are boundary spanner and critical thinkers and can lead execution across all phases of the product lifecycle.
