Job summary

Covista in Columbia, MD is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of digital experience strategies across our portfolio of institutions. You will collaborate with institutional marketing teams to improve enrollment and persistence through email, nurture, and other digital initiatives.

You will oversee KPI tracking, identify lifecycle opportunities, and drive conversion-focused programs while mentoring a digital marketing specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketinga related field required.
• Five (5) years of marketing automation experience including Eloqua required.
• Eloqua administration experience preferred.
• Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $82,364.00 and $149,076.00 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
