Job summary

Cross Country Search is seeking a Manager, Diagnostic Labs Anatomic Pathology to lead laboratory operations in our Nashville, TN academic medical center client. The role oversees Anatomic Pathology operations, Histology, and Pathologists’ Assistant teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and patient care.

The position requires at least five years of leadership in a clinical lab, MLS supervisor certification (or ability to obtain), and experience managing staff, budgets, and quality programs.
