Royal Caribbean Group’s Destination Development Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full‑time Manager, Destination Development reporting to the Director, Destination Development. This position will be working onsite from Miami.
The Manager is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, execution, and delivery, and management of strategic development projects in the Caribbean and the Americas. This role will build and sustain long‑lasting relationships throughout the region and understand the key challenges around development; providing and enacting solutions which will ensure RCG becomes the partner of choice for destinations as they improve infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a broad base of knowledge and some experience with the cruise industry and contract negotiation. In partnership with the local leadership, the person will assist with government relations, financial planning and analysis, research, and project management. He or she should have an entrepreneurial spirit, can operate in ambiguous environments, effectively balance multiple priorities and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and companies, from frontline personnel to senior and government executives. This position reports to the Director, Caribbean and the Americas, Destination Development and the role will require multiple interactions with internal stakeholders.
Graduate degree preferred (e.g., MBA, Masters in Finance, JD, Engineering, etc.).
