CVS Health is seeking a senior professional to oversee dental provider recruitment and contracting, including large groups and DSOs. The role leads regional campaigns, negotiates provider terms, and drives initiatives to improve network access and experience.
You will present network strategies to stakeholders, develop training materials for providers and staff, and coordinate cross-functional projects. A strong background in dental insurance and provider contracting is required.

This position is responsible for daily activities and implementation of strategies for dental provider recruitment and contracting of dentists, dental group practices and facilities including large or complex groups/facilities (DSO, dental service organizations, etc.). It additionally is a project lead for ground campaigns in targeted territories and leads other significant projects for our provider teams.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
