Rexel USA is seeking a Decomm Program Manager to join the Talley team at LOC. This role leads decommissioning warehouse operations, coaching staff across locations, and ensuring compliance with AMF and project requirements.

The person will manage, develop, and provide coverage for decommissioning staff, while collaborating with partners on the Ericsson project. Strong auditing, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in related roles.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Project, Warehouse and Programs experience a plus.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Decomm program warehouse operations and develop team members through coaching and mentorship.
• Review AMF processes to verify contractor compliance with requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and verify records for consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with CTDI, WWT, and AT&T to support Ericsson (E///) project.
• Provide management coverage across Decomm program warehouses, including home location when onsite PM is unavailable.
• Support warehouse operations by loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary discussions per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Decomm Program Manager to join our Talley team in LOC!

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Summary: The Manager Decomm Program is responsible for overseeing the Decomm material at all Program locations and the staff at different locations. This role will actively manage, lead, teach, and develop all Decomm staff members in every program warehouse location.

What You\'ll Do:

• Lead and oversee Decommissioning (Decomm) program warehouse operations, developing team members through coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of the decommissioning process
• Review AMF processes to verify contractor compliance with established requirements, procedures, and performance expectations
• Conduct internal audits, including asset lookups and record verification, to ensure process consistency and compliance across all locations
• Collaborate with CTDI, WWT, and AT&T to support execution of the Ericsson (E///) project
• Provide management coverage and fulfill leadership responsibilities across Decomm program warehouses, including at the home location when the onsite Program Manager is unavailable
• Support warehouse operations by loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, corrective actions, and disciplinary discussions for direct reports in accordance with company policy
• Other duties as assigned

For the state of Indiana only, the pay range is $73,000 to $83,000, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
