Highmark is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee daily operations and functions of the department. The role requires in-depth knowledge of business systems, data warehousing, and reporting. The incumbent will manage staff, ensuring productivity and performance levels through coaching, development, and performance management.
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare reporting and analytics. The pay range is between $102,700 and $164,600, with the flexibility for travel up to 25%.
This role oversees all daily operations and functions of the department. The incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of business systems, data warehousing, data collection, and reporting. They will ensure that all summary and analysis reporting projects are mechanically, statistically, and theoretically accurate. They are responsible for summarizing and presenting results to enhance the organization’s understanding of underlying trends, results, and implications, and for organizing, assigning, and actively managing to completion the department’s data analysis projects.
