The Manager, Data Stewardship is a hands-on, collaborative leader responsible for driving data quality, stewardship execution, and operational readiness across assigned master data domains. This role combines people leadership, data stewardship expertise, master data management knowledge, and practical systems understanding to ensure critical business information is trusted, controlled, and usable across the enterprise. The Manager will lead Data Stewards and partner closely with Data Product Owners, Data Governance, technology teams, data architects, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, monitor quality, resolve issues, strengthen controls, and improve stewardship processes. The role requires the ability to lead through ambiguity, translate business needs into actionable data and process requirements, and drive measurable improvements in data quality and operational performance.
