The Business Cards and Payments (BC&P) Credit Infrastructure Team owns the end‑to‑end development of valuations models, monitoring, advanced analytics and systemized tooling for the Business Cards and Payments (BCP) organization. We are hiring a Data Scientist on the credit card acquisitions valuations model development team to empower credit programs in BCP through robust valuations models and tools that support use of those models.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. The salary information is only for candidates hired in those locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed number of hours.
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
