Manager, Offline Media Data Operations
The Manager, Offline Media Data Operations will support the collection, curation, validation, and delivery of offline media data across channels including Television, Radio, Print, and Out-of-Home (OOH), with a particular emphasis on Television. This role sits at the intersection of media investment and data operations. The Manager will work closely with Investment teams and other cross-functional partners to ensure offline media data is complete, accurate, standardized, and delivered according to established reporting timelines. The work follows a well-defined and predictable operating cadence, but deadlines are firm and data quality is critical. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, comfortable working with detailed datasets, and able to identify and communicate issues before they become risks.
A successful person in this role creates operational reliability. They understand the media well enough to recognize when the data does not make sense, are disciplined enough to consistently execute established processes, and communicate early when something could jeopardize a deadline. Because the work operates on a predictable cadence, success is not defined by working at an unsustainable pace. It is defined by planning ahead, maintaining clean and accurate data, following through on outstanding items, and ensuring issues are surfaced with enough time for the organization to respond. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, process-driven, comfortable with accountability, and able to maintain strong working relationships with Investment and cross-functional partners.
