Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to develop standards, tools, and governance for enterprise data; identify business requirements, and model high-level data structures. The role optimizes data flow while maintaining security boundaries, with onsite Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri.

Local candidates are preferred; relocation may be considered. Bridgestone will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Position Summary

Enterprise Data Architecture work involves developing standards, tools, and governance for capturing, modeling, storing, and delivering data for the enterprise including: Identifying data-related business requirements and service standards (e.g. , transaction processing speed, data mining and reporting capabilities, data security, scalability, etc. ). Developing a high level enterprise data model and conceptual views of related data sub-architectures (e.g. , database, data integration, data warehouse/business intelligence, reporting, metadata, and content management architectures). Optimizing overall data/information flow by reducing redundancy and enabling accessibility within security boundaries.

Local candidates are highly preferred for this position but we will consider relocation assistance for the right candidate. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position. This is an onsite position working in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays and working from home Mondays and Fridays.
