Responsibilities
Datacenter Services Operations – Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance
- Manages teams installing, removing, and troubleshooting on‑site hardware and configuration.
- Monitors daily operations for teams that replace server components and upgrade servers for existing customers.
Datacenter Services Operations – Network Configuration, Installation, and Augmentation
- Manages teams that implement designed network communications, including cabling validation and networking equipment, and provides guidance on complex problems.
- Engages additional resources to address complex or unresolved issues.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Manages teams supporting data‑center, customer, and/or operational environments, addressing routine trends and ensuring documentation of resolutions.
- Responds to outage situations for clients.
Safety, Security, Compliance, and Documentation
- Ensures adherence to SOPs and MOPs during tasks performed by teams.
- Oversees and drives implementation of required security controls and updates.
- Manages team compliance with health and safety guidelines at customer sites and the office.
Continuous Improvement
- Oversees technician training to advance skills and meet requirements.
- Stays current with industry best practices and developments in networking and server maintenance, data‑center, and facility operations.
- Manages team adherence to SOPs and MOPs for operational Data‑Center Change Control processes.
Collaboration, Vendor Relations, and Leadership
- Facilitates collaboration with development teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems and provides subject‑matter expertise for large‑scale matters.
- Ensures contractors and vendors deliver quality services and meet SLA expectations.
- Oversees quality assurance, guides process creation, and mentors programs.

Salary and Benefits
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
