As a Manager of Corporate Strategy, you will work with the CarMax leadership to help shape the company’s strategy within our Product and Operational departments. You will ensure success in those departments by:

Work Location and Arrangement: Thisrole will bebased out ofthe CarMaxMidtown Office(Richmond, VA) and associateswill workonsite4days per week.

The annual salary for this position is:
$102,100.00 - $163,400.00
May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:
Associates considered full-time salaried are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval.
