Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Manager, Corporate Programs to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive QBR cycles, and improve processes across CORA. The role emphasizes turning ambiguity into clear roadmaps and partnering with IT, data, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous inputs into actionable plans and drive them to completion.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions.
• Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues.

• Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance through to final outputs
• Maintain CORA's operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators
• Partner with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions require more complex technical builds
• Maintain all enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures, FAQs, training materials, and AI agents
• Identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges across both programs

What you'll do:

• Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and create solutions prioritized into a clear roadmap

• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive toward outcomes

• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
