The Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) offers an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts within the Global Patriot program. This role supports the Patriot EUCOM Program Area, focusing on the capture and execution of a key Foreign Military Sale (FMS) award for a new Patriot customer.
The responsibilities include proposal delivery and negotiation, customer communication, contract management, change management, and ensuring contractual compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. The role requires applying business acumen and expertise to understand program performance, provide guidance, and influence results, working closely with Program Management leadership, the Office of General Counsel, and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will work with internal and external customers to ensure program performance, provide guidance, and influence outcomes. Experience in U.S. Government contracting, especially FMS, including terms, proposal processes, and contract execution, is essential. The ability to represent Raytheon independently and build trusting relationships with complex customers is also required.
