Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of contract management or legal management experience in the BESS industry.
• Minimum of 7 years in contract, paralegal, legal research, legal drafting, or commercial negotiation.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract law and ability to analyze contractual provisions.
• General knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

About the Role
