Job summary

Integra in Houston, TX seeks a Manager, Continuous Improvement to develop and execute the North American CI strategy. You will lead standardized Lean practices across facilities, coaching plant CI resources and partnering with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and capacity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years leading CI teams or cross-functional improvement programs.
  • Experience leading Lean transformations, Kaizen programs and enterprise-wide CI initiatives.
  • Experience developing CI roadmaps aligned to safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop CI governance, training, certification and best-practice deployment.
  • Track, validate and report savings from CI projects.
  • Support factory flow improvements, throughput and inventory reduction.
  • Partner with Mfg Eng. and Industrialization Eng. on enterprise projects.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement across North America.

The Opportunity

The Manager, Continuous Improvement is responsible for developing and executing Integra’s Continuous Improvement strategy across North American manufacturing facilities. This role establishes consistent Lean practices and provides functional leadership to plant-based Continuous Improvement resources while partnering with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization Engineering, Supply Chain, and site leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and capacity.

The Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on labor efficiency, factory flow, throughput, lead time, inventory, and waste reduction. This role drives the standardization and deployment of MDI, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, standard work, visual management, and structured problem‑solving practices. The Manager also develops CI road maps, facilitates improvement events, coaches leaders and teams, and supports the sharing of best practices across facilities.

The Manager, Continuous Improvement is responsible for measuring and communicating the operational and financial impact of improvement initiatives and building the capabilities needed to sustain improvements over time. Through hands‑on coaching, cross‑functional collaboration, and effective change management, this role helps establish a culture of continuous improvement and drives measurable performance improvements across Integra’s manufacturing operations.

What you will do?
  • Develop and lead Integra's North America Continuous Improvement strategy.
  • Establish a standardized Lean Management System across all facilities.

  • Support factory flow improvements, throughput optimization, and inventory reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Industrialization Engineering on enterprise improvement projects.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement across North America.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing CI teams, engineering teams, or cross‑functional improvement programs.
  • Proven experience leading Lean transformations, Kaizen programs, and enterprise‑wide continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing and managing Continuous Improvement roadmaps aligned to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Prior experience working in data center environments.
