Job Overview

The Content Management team serves as the operational owner of marketing content from intake through execution. They are responsible for content planning, storytelling consistency, asset governance, and ensuring creative output aligns with both customer experience goals and business priorities.

The Content Manager will develop thoughtful content plans that define the stories, messages, asset needs, channel uses, timing, and priorities required to support key business and brand objectives. These plans serve as a roadmap for how content is developed, sequenced, and leveraged across customer-facing touchpoints, helping teams to align on what content is needed, why it matters, where it will be used, and how it supports the overall strategy. They are the connective tissue between Account Management, Creative, and Production teams, ensuring the right stories are developed, the right content is created, and assets are fully leveraged across channels to maximize business impact.

Essential Functions
  • Partner with Director of Account Management to align content priorities with business and brand objectives, ensuring seasonal storytelling supports merchant strategies, brand priorities, customer needs, and enterprise marketing goals.

  • Translate prioritized seasonal stories into executable content programs, including shoots, lookbooks, and guides, by defining timelines, stakeholder responsibilities, asset needs, and executional follow-through from planning through delivery.
  • Build, maintain and communicate the Content Calendar to provide visibility into seasonal priorities, key milestones, creative deliverables, channel needs, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Create clear, actionable briefs that translate business priorities, customer insights, product strategies, and channel requirements into creative direction, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Partner with the Creative and Copy teams to develop compelling storytelling approaches that bring brand and merchant priorities to life while maintaining consistency across voice, visuals, and customer experience.
  • Manage revisions and approvals for all assets, ensuring feedback is consolidated, decisions are documented, timelines are met, and final content is accurate, on-brand, and ready for execution.
  • Partner with Finance to evaluate asset utilization effectiveness, owning the ongoing assessment of how content investments are used across channels, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce duplication, and maximize the value and impact of creative assets.
  • This position reports into the Account Director RTW.
Qualifications
