Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services in the United States. You will lead client-facing engagements, design and localize solutions, and mentor teams while delivering value-driven outcomes across HCIT projects.

Requires 8+ years of related experience, including 2+ years HCIT consulting and 6+ years of additional experience; travel up to 50%; willingness to work irregular hours; strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Consulting Services, you will, attend and actively participate in required training courses. You will participate in assigned and self-driven continuous learning opportunities. You will build and enhance skillsets learned from training program through application in experiential learning and special projects. You will lead presentations to demonstrate skills learned. You will communicate, collaborate and assist in designing, localizing or supporting client solutions and services. You will develop value-driven working relationships with internal and external clients. You will follow and adhere to Oracle Cerner and client site policies and procedures. You will perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience

Federal Consulting knowledge

Behavioral Health or other Clinical solution knowledge

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Expectations

Willing to travel up to 50% as needed

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
