Job summary

Infravision is seeking a Manager of Construction Services to lead onsite integration of our drone stringing technology on transmission and distribution projects across North America. The opportunity

Infravision is seeking a skilled Manager of Construction Services to lead the onsite integration of our innovative drone stringing technology into transmission and distribution projects across North America. This role involves managing relationships, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
  • Field Operations Management. Plan, coordinate, and communicate construction activities with Infravision stringing crews, customers, and third-party vendors to achieve seamless execution and quality outcomes.
  • Project Leadership. Work with Infravision project managers to lead and manage end to end project delivery from project planning through to onsite integration of Infravision’s technologies on transmission and distribution projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
  • Business Development Support. Collaborate with Infravision’s business development and sales teams, serving as a subject matter expert to support new opportunities.
  • Safety and Compliance. Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance for all onsite operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development. Actively participate in team building, knowledge transfer, and the professional development of Infravision personnel and partners.
  • Best Practice Development. Support the adoption and refinement of industry best practices for implementing Infravision’s construction technologies and processes.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven Leadership. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing transmission stringing teams, with a strong ability to lead teams and coordinate complex field operations.
  • Technical Expertise. Extensive knowledge of transmission construction and industrial safety regulations, as well as technical or engineering record-keeping methods and compliance requirements. Experience as a Lineman highly preferred.
  • Project Management Skills. Expertise in developing stringing plans, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of field activities to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
  • Customer Focus. Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions that create mutual value.
  • Communication Skills. Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and respectfully to internal and external stakeholders.
