Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager, Construction Management to lead the PERF program, overseeing like-for-like equipment replacements, breakroom and restroom refreshes, and end-to-end equipment procurement and delivery across the store fleet.

The role drives operational excellence, partners with store leaders and construction teams, and delivers a best-in-class customer experience at scale through AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• 6+ years in facilities management, equipment on demand, or retail ops.
• Experience working cross-functionally with construction, procurement and store ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PERF intake, processing, and completion workflows to meet annual targets (2,500+ completions in 2026).
• Supervise and develop a team of associates responsible for equipment requests, procurement coordination, and project execution.
• Partner with store leaders, construction teams, procurement, and PM to ensure seamless equipment on demand delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI integration for PERF intake and execution phases.
• Ensure day-to-day equipment needs are met across the entire store fleet, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Track KPIs, monitor team productivity, and report progress against program goals.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
• Ensure all equipment replacements meet company standards and specifications.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
