Job summary
SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Compliance and Audit to lead the Strategy and Risk team’s effort to meet security and regulatory expectations for enterprise customers and regulators.
You will own end-to-end audit lifecycle across SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and related certifications, mentor a team, and drive automation and process improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product development and GTM initiatives, interfacing
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Deep knowledge of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, FedRAMP and related practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for executives and auditors.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company's compliance framework and audit lifecycle.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of compliance professionals.
- Set priorities across concurrent audits and initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and automation in the program.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance in processes.
- Serve as SME and liaison with external auditors and certification bodies.
- Lead updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
