Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a strategic project lead responsible for the end-to-end commercialization process from concept to market launch and post-launch review.

You will drive stage-gate decisions, manage risk, track metrics, and coordinate R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to accelerate speed to market while upholding quality and operational rigor.

  • Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing
  • Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the KHC commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success

New Hire Base Salary Range: $104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
