Beghou Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and manage operations for life sciences client engagements. You will oversee project leadership, team development, and the enhancement of data processes, using SAS, Python, and VBA to deliver data-driven insights.

You will grow external client engagements, manage relationships, and ensure quality, timely delivery within budget. A strong background in pharmaceutical commercial functions and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in data/analytics or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, VBA and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative aptitude with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Develop data-driven solutions including complex reports and tools; communicate insights to clients.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications; draft SOWs and invoices.
• Grow external client engagements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and lead teams; contribute to organizational development and internal initiatives.

You will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations for ongoing client engagements for our life sciences/pharma clients. You will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships. This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry knowledge.

We'll Trust you to:

• Lead Impactful projects- Oversee the development of proposals and ensure that projects meet and exceed quality standards while delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes; perform advanced analyses and communicate insights effectively to clients.
• Leverage Coding skills: Utilize SAS, Python, VBA to facilitate data processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive Client Success : Grow external client engagements, own key aspects of client relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes; manage financial aspects of projects, including drafting SOWs and managing invoices.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify areas for firm growth, creating action plans that include new offerings and improvements to best practices.
• Lead and Mentor Teams: Motivate & guide diverse teams while fostering an innovative, inclusive, collaborative work environment, Support team's professional development
• Support Organizational Development: Contribute to management initiatives, including employee engagement, recruitment, training, and ongoing education; contribute to internal initiatives as needed.

What You Bring:

$150,000 - $230,000 a year

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $230,000.
