The Manager, Commercial Execution Design supports the APOC Global Commercial Excellence team by designing, enabling, and scaling end-to-end commercial solutions that reliably convert clinical science into revenue. This role is responsible for translating strategy, clinical evidence, analytics, and tools into standardized processes, embedded workflows, and visual management systems that drive adoption and measurable business impact across APOC regions.
Operating upstream of reporting, this position leads the transition from reactive, retrospective performance management to proactive business and opportunity management by leveraging leading indicators, sales funnel health, and execution insights. The Manager, Commercial Execution Design partners cross-functionally to create solutions that influence field behaviors, improve execution consistency, and advance APOC’s evolution toward outcome-based operating pods.

$99,300.00 – $198,700.00
