What You Offer:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
5+ years medical coding expertise.
2+ years leadership experience.
One of the following: RHIA, CCS, or RHIT certification.
Epic EMR proficiency.
Deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT4/HCPCS, and reimbursement systems.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Residency in OR, WA, AK, or TX required.
