Ladders seeks a Manager - Cloud Foundation Services to lead a cloud services practice in a remote US-based role. You will guide day-to-day delivery, standardize technical and delivery practices, and mentor architects and engineers.

Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales efforts, driving scalable, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation strategy.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager - Cloud Foundation Services to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This leader will oversee the day-to-day performance of a cloud services practice focused on reliable, scalable technical delivery. The role blends team leadership, service standardization, and presales partnership to strengthen offerings and improve outcomes for clients. You will work closely with sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to advance reusable frameworks and elevate the quality of technical execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
